- Mention your order (the shoes name and code) and your size. Continued with your personal data (name, phone, email, address). After this message sent, you will get reply contains with the total price, payment methods, and the estimation of delivery time from us.
- Payment will be awaited. When it's done, inform us again (Email/ SMS/ Whatsapp), and you will get confirmation (order code).
- Shoes will be made when the payment is done.
- Shoes will be delivered + 2 weeks after the payment
- Customers will get updates about their shoes during the process
- Customers have a right to ask about their shoes update anytime, with email/ SMS/ Whatsapp by mentioned their order code.
